So all our teams do daily management.
Every morning they get together and say,
what can we do better today?
So that’s the perform aspect, and that’s a necessity.
Without it, you know, you’re never going to succeed.
But the other side is perform.
We understand that we live in a rapidly changing environment.
You know, we’re a health technology company,
and it’s an industry that’s changing rapidly.
Consumers increasingly are interested in managing
their own health.
So how do we perform–
transform ourselves to be able to address those needs?
How can we leverage emerging technologies?
And there are a number of very important technologies
that allow us to run our business differently.
You know, we’re sitting here at our innovation hub
in North America, close to the MIT campus.
We’re applying artificial intelligence to our products.
It will change the way we deliver our products
and services.
We’re looking at how IOT, the connectivity of our products
and devices, can create better solutions that create
more value for our customers.
We can only do that if we have both the mindset of performing
every day, but constantly transforming
ourselves to deliver more and better value for our customers.
